Lisa has been shaping policy outcomes to mitigate regulatory, operational and reputational risk for Fortune 500s and government clients across private equity, technology and manufacturing for more than two decades. She has won regulatory approval for more than $20B dollars in transnational investment and has positioned more than 75 companies to safeguard critical technologies, software and information. Lisa has also opened markets in the US, Mexico and Asia and saved US consumers $5B+ by reducing tariffs at the border.

She previously served as Head of Government Relations at global law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP where she navigated the challenges of US national security and international trade regulation advising governments and C-Suites in North America, Europe and Asia. Lisa started her career at the International Trade Administration at the US Department of Commerce where she advanced US trade, compliance, investment and energy policy by providing strategic counsel to senior US government political executives, implementing executive branch policy mandates, and managing Congressional outreach and leading interagency coordination for the Commerce Department within the Executive Branch.

Lisa serves as Board Member for several local nonprofits dedicated to advancing food security, social justice and racial equity.
